(Turn this into a contest to celebrate Canada's 150!)

Canada has INCREDIBLE National Parks located from coast to coast. Other countries do as well and this project can be adapted very quickly for those countries. Canada happens to be celebrating its 150th birthday in 2017 and with that comes FREE ENTRY ALL YEAR INTO EVERY NATIONAL PARK!!!!!!!
But what does it mean to be a National Park?
How does a location earn that status?
Using terraforming in Minecraft Education Edition can we create Minecraft's own National Park?

Making A Minecraft Education Edition National Park!

1 - Choose a Minecraft Biome
There are many biomes in both Canada and Minecraft. Choose the Minecraft Biome or Biomes that your park will include then:
A - Determine the XYZ coordinates of each of the parks four corners (area wise)
B - Determine the NAME of Minecraft's first National Park
​C - Where would your Minecraft National Park most likely exist in your own country (Canada)?
2 - Choose Species and Park Ranger Tower Locations
A - Choose the species of tree and vegetation that fit your biome
B - Choose the species of animal that fit your biome
C - Choose ideal places in your park for Park Ranger Observation Towers

3 - Terraforming and Guest Amenities
A - Create manmade lakes or mountains where needed
B - Do you have a Ski Hill? Build guests ski lodges and a Mine Cart ride up the slopes
C - Provide docs and boats at water bodies in the park?
D - Cut out and identify wooden hiking trails through the park?
E - Signs Signs Everywhere Signs! Label and NAME Mountains, Lakes, Rivers and Trails :) Have Fun with this!
F - Campsites or trailer parks for mass collections of overnight guests?

4 - Visit A New Minecraft National Park
Now it is time to explore YOUR or even better....ANOTHER STUDENT'S Minecraft National Park! 
A- Take some Selfies at your favourite locations!
B - Create some portfolio notes of your vacation in the park
C - Enjoy the amenities....ski, swim, boat or hike! 
D - 
 Take only photos.....leave only footprints! 

Remember
Like Minecraft our real world is beautiful. Get out in 2017 to visit one of Canada's National Parks. The really are each remarkable in their own unique ways!
